Hanseatic Tally Service has participated in an honorary capacity in the examination procedure of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce for more than 25 years. The Hamburg Ministry of Justice appointed Claudia Schmitt, a Managing Partner, an Honorary Judge at the Hamburg Labour Court with effect from 1 April 2013.
An honorary judge discharges his or her duties as such with the same rights and obligations as professional colleagues of the chamber, and like these is independent and subject only to the law.
