Hanseatic Tally Service is a company that trains out of conviction. Our employees’ high level of qualifications is key to our success. Initial and advanced training is therefore extremely important to us and is why we make use of Germany’s dual apprenticeship system: young people learn about the theoretical aspects of the job at a vocational college, and put them into practice at our company.

Every year, trainees embark on their career with us in the office or as technical apprentices. We train skilled workers for port logistics as well as staff for office management.
In 2006 Hanseatic Tally Service’s trainees were declared the best in Hamburg, and two years later they were the best of their year in the whole country.
One special highlight of the training as a Specialist in Port Logistics is the study tour to South America, organized by the State Vocational School - Shipyards and Port (G7) with financial support from us.
