Hanseatic Cruise Staff Service is very familiar with the entire waterside handling process on the quays of the cruise terminals.

Our service fleet on four wheels.
We supply the forklift drivers for both the baggage bins and provisions. A complete change of passengers requires loading and discharge of numerous pieces of luggage within a minimum period, using a supplies container, also of provisions to be loaded on board. In the handling terminal we transport luggage bins using a handcart. In addition, our trained staff assist the terminal operators in lining up mobile gangways with the cruise ship.

Our forklift drivers hold a driving licence for industrial trucks, possess several years of driving experience and are insured under the relevant conditions of the employers’ liability insurance association.
