As a specialist in the inspection and evaluation of citrus fruits, Hanseatic Tally Service is the first checkpoint as the goods arrive in the Port of Hamburg.

We conduct quality checks of citrus fruits on the basis of internationally recognized procedures and are not only certificated under DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2004 but also hold the BIO Certificate issued under the EU’s Eco Regulation (DE-ÖKO-006).

We not only record the condition of the goods as required in the EU guidelines but analyze these so thoroughly that importers can form a clear and differentiated picture of their cargoes.

In addition, we have developed a reporting procedure for deviations from the quality laid down, so that importers can immediately have recourse to suitable measures. As authorized weighers, and by using calibrated weighing machines, we can also make documents available to enable the goods to be prepared for bonded transport.
